Bill Uppal

Bill holds a degree in Architectural Technology from Vanier College in Montreal. He has been with Mackay|Wong since 2005, managing the design and construction administration of branded projects in the midst of aggressive expansion. Currently, Bill uses over 15 years experience in architectural and interior design to oversee the expansion program of Shoeless Joe's Restaurants. Past projects include Canyon Creek Chophouse (Fallsview Casino and Resorts) and the expansion of retail, food and beverage concepts at Pearson International Airport for HMS Host and NUANCE Duty Free.
